Welcome

One Union Place is a community conveniently located in the Renton Highlands. Situated just a short drive from downtown Renton, residents have easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Nearby the Cedar River and Lake Washington offer opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts, with parks, trails, and recreational activities.
The development was started 1984 and consists of 66 single family homes completed in 1987. The neighborhood has tree-lined streets, manicured lawns, and friendly neighbors, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Fernwood North Homeowner Association represents One Union Place property owners. The board consists of current homeowners keeping the dues affordable. The association enforces bylaws and CC&R’s while maintaining common areas. By purchasing a home in One Union Place the homeowner automatically becomes a member of the Fernwood North Homeowner’s Association and is required to pay the annual dues. These dues are necessary to pay for common area maintenance and community expenses (i.e., common area mowing and maintenance, utility bills, insurance, property tax, administrative fees, etc.).
The association holds an annual meeting in July which all homeowners are encouraged to attend. The meeting keeps the members informed and offers an open forum for questions and concerns.
